I'm going to stick my neck on the chopping block too.
When you write "This new world order we create must give men the ability to lead their family", do you not know that God is not a man? Do you not remember the passage "God is not a man that "He" should lie"? Do you not remember that there is no marriage in Heaven? There is a reason for that. God does not have a sex. God is not "He" but it doesn't sound respectful to say It. I could explain why Jesus called God Father but that would get long-winded. Maybe you could read a few of my writings.
The thing is this, it is okay to help your family but not to lead your family. To take charge of your family is disrespectful to your wife's contributions. I know that you believe in the passage from Genesis 2:4-3:24 where God created Adam first but do you not know that in Genesis 1:27, before Genesis 2, God created male and female together? I know that many Christian men ignore Genesis 1:27 and gravitate to Genesis 2. It strokes their egos.
To be a Godly man, know this. Understand that it is not about what the man wants. When you describe "I, me, my" in a negative light, you don't seem to consider this important within your own family or the families of other Christian men. This is why the Christian church has been misogynistic for so long. Jesus was not a misogynist. Jesus had women followers. Mary Magdalene was very close to Jesus. She was possibly Jesus' closest disciple. She was the first to find the tomb opened. Then, she ran to tell the others. Do you remember that? Do I need to tell you about the other women who were close to Jesus? Jesus was equal opportunity because He was God.
Believe me, I am a Christian woman who God trained up to understand that women are equal to men. Yes, I, me, my are wrong. It is about we. As you write "As far back as the sexual revolution in the nineteen sixties, the map has been smeared, damaged, spit on, crumpled up, un-crumpled, pieced back together, thrown out again and set afire." A lot of that was men attempting to stop the human and spiritual rights of women. "I" am the leader, this is about "me" leading, they are "my" family. No, God does not like that. God does not agree with that. God does not want that. That is from men, not mankind but males who decided that women were lesser beings. That goes back to the Old Testament which was a male-dominated society, which included human trafficking in the fact that marriage was a business transaction. Women were sold for sex when the dowry was offered in payment. Don't call that a Godly marriage.
Oh oh, a hostile feminist is trying to call me out. No, a human being equal to yourself is speaking truth.
I am interested to see if you will reply to this and what you will say. Your reply could tell me a lot about your perspective.
