Might I suggest that you research J Edgar Hoover. Hoover labeled the Black Panthers the biggest threat among Black extremist groups in 1969.
The Chicago Sun-Times wrote "1969 assassination of Fred Hampton and Mark Clark as they slept, by a squad of Chicago police officers led by then-Cook County State’s Attorney Edward Hanrahan. The perpetrators were never brought to justice, thanks in large part to the connivance of FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, who helped green-light that raid".
I do not have evidence to support my belief but I am convinced that Hoover was behind the assassination of Dr. King, JFK, and many others. J Edgar Hoover was a terrible man with the power of the United States government behind him.
What should be known is that there have always been white people who were antiracists such as Frank Sinatra who was a member of the Rat Pack along with Sammy Davis. He sided with the rights of Sammy Davis Jr. even when it meant a personal financial loss. Sinatra got Sammy into various clubs in Las Vegas and even in New York. I even remember reading that Sinatra refused to play in Southern clubs where Sammy Davis was not allowed. The Rat Pack was betrayed by JFK who was too cowardly to have the Rat Pack perform at his inaugural ball because Sammy had married a white woman. Sinatra took JFK to task for his cowardice. Kennedy won the election but he was murdered anyway, I believe, by J Edgar Hoover.
Ed Sullivan, who many of you have never seen, had everybody on his show. There was no race, creed, color, or national origin to Ed Sullivan. Everyone was welcomed, thanked, treated respectfully, and appreciated equally. There were no color barriers on the Ed Sullivan show. I do wish that I could watch the Ed Sullivan show again but CBS owns the rights. I guess they won't release the show until they no longer have to pay royalties to the performers who are still alive.
Back to J Edgar Hoover. I told you only the two examples of Frank Sinatra and Ed Sullivan to show that there were white people who believed in civil rights for all people. Hoover was not one of them. Hoover was a monster in power. More should be written about this. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is a fact. Please research and write about this. I simply don't have the time to do so.
