Well, actually. Jesus explained that not all of the Hebrew scriptures were from God. Some were from men. Start with John 7:22. Jesus said that the patriarchs made up circumcision. It was not given to Moses by God. Jesus also spoke against food prohibitions, offerings and sacrifices and ritual cleansing. I am certain that you remember and accept the words "turn the other cheek". That went against the ancient Hebrew laws. I won't give the passages. I will write about it on Medium.
Both Jesus and Isaiah said that the people had let go of the commands of God and were holding onto human traditions, Mark 7:5-8, Isaiah 29:13.
If Christians actually carefully studied the words of Jesus, they would know the truth of God. Unfortunately, men's ancient beliefs and desires entered into the picture and many Christians today believe that the Bible is the inerrant word of God. It is because they have been indoctrinated with dogma instead of actually studying what Jesus taught and commanded.
I wasn't raised in a church. I was an atheist until God came to me powerfully at age 40. Then, I searched to see which religion or spirituality actually knew God. I found that the words of Jesus, but not all of the Bible, and Native American spirituality both did. They both teach the same things.
The problem is religion versus spirituality. Religion is of man. Spirituality is of God. Jesus spoke perfect spirituality. That is why I believe that He was and is God.

God is love. Never hate or violence. No, God does not condone wars or other violence. That is a lie about God made up by men.
You need to rethink your beliefs. As it stands right now, you actually aren't a Christian. I'm sorry to be harsh but I am very tired of false disciples lying about God. That is taking the name of the Lord in vain and blasphemy.
As I told a person on Quora who loved the Hebrew laws, if you want to follow Hebrew laws instead of Jesus, become a Jew instead of claiming to be a Christian.
