Well, actually, he is writing about everything that Jesus taught and commanded. If you ever read His words, you will come to know this. I write about Jesus constantly because I am a Bible scholar who actually knows Jesus personally. I know the truths of God and the lies of satan (lower case to disrespect). I make every effort to tell the deceived people, Romans 16:18, Matthew 24:11, Luke 21:8, Matthew 7:13-20, Luke 8:12, Matthew 15:8-9., what the truth is because, otherwise, they are in for a big problem when Jesus returns which will be soon. We are now in the times of the birth pains, Matthew 24:3-8, Matthew 24:11-13. Everything that Dan said is absolutely correct. I praised him because it is. Anything contrary to this goes against God.
Jesus said to love your neighbor as yourself Matthew 22:34-40, He said that all the Law and the Prophets hang on His two Great Commandments, love God and your neighbor. He said that everyone is your neighbor and that you should have mercy on them Luke 10:25-37. He said to help the poor Luke 11:41 and to not make money your God because you can only serve one or the other Matthew 6:24. He spoke against the greedy when he said that "they devour widows’ houses and for a show make lengthy prayers" Mark 12:40-44. Everything that Jesus taught and commanded was about having a heart and helping your fellow man.

John 14:23-24
23 Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. 24 Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me."
Matthew 5:8
8 "Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God."
1 John 3:10
10 This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister.
Matthew 7:21-23
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’"
You aren't a follower of Jesus unless you obey His teachings and commands. You aren't a Christian if you aren't a follower of Jesus.
You should do a little reading in the four Gospels. That is where you will find all of the words of Jesus that were written down.
One last passage, my favorite because it explains the teachings of Jesus in one sentence.
1 John 4:8 Whoever does not love does not know God because God is love.
